Something for the weekend?
Client: American Car Feels like I've been waiting ages to share this blog post as it was shot last year, but it has finally been published. Anyway, I'm happy to share this fun shoot that does a decent job at showing how important portable flash can be when faced with difficult lighting conditions. On the day of the shoot, the forecast was for sun, which of course meant that a heavy blanket of fog rolled in from daybreak and wasn't going anywhere. Colours look flat in that sort of light, so I reverted to my trusted Lencarta portable flash. It cost me around a grand three or four years back and has been money well spent. If you haven't got a huge budget for flash gear, Lencarta kit is certainly worth a second glance.
